এতদ্বারা সকলকে জানানো হচ্ছে যে, সম্প্রতি কতিপয় অসাধু ব্যক্তি
ভাড়াটিয়াদের কাছ থেকে টাকা নিয়ে ভাড়া নিয়ামকের দপ্তরে জমা করার দাবি করে ভুয়ো বা জাল নথি (চালান) প্রদান করছে।
ভাড়াটিয়া/পক্ষগণ কী করবেন?
অনুগ্রহ করে এই ধরনের প্রতারকদের ফাঁদে পা দেবেন না।
ভাড়া জমা দেওয়ার জন্য সর্বদা সঠিক এবং আইনি পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করুন। সরকারি দপ্তর বা
সংশ্লিষ্ট আইনজীবী/মুহুরী ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির ওপর নির্ভর করবেন না।
সরকারি 'Solution' ওয়েব পোর্টাল (https://solution.wb.gov.in)
থেকে চালান-এর বিবরণ (কেস নম্বর, জমার মাস, তারিখ, পরিমাণ) যাচাই করুন।
যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি এই ধরনের বেআইনি কাজ করার চেষ্টা করে বা আপনাকে ভুয়ো চালান প্রদান করে,
তবে অবিলম্বে স্থানীয় পুলিশ বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে খবর দিন।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
মাসিক ভাড়া জমা নিয়ম: একবারে/একটি চালান-এ শুধুমাত্র একটি মাসের ভাড়া জমা করা যায়।
কোনোপ্রকারেই একবারে/একটি চালান-এ একাধিক মাসের ভাড়া জমা করা সম্ভব নয়।
We have received reports & complaints of FAKE/FABRICATED Rent
Deposit Challans being provided by some fraud individuals. They are collecting money and claiming that they are depositing rent
on your behalf to Office of the Rent Controller.
What tenants/parties must do?
Please do not fall prey to such fraudsters.
Always follow the correct and legal procedure for depositing rent. Do not rely on any
person other than the concerned government office or your engaged lawyer/mukhtar.
Verify the challan details (case number, month of deposit, date, amount) from the
official 'Solution' web portal (https://solution.wb.gov.in).
If any person attempts such illegal activities or provides you with a fake/fabricated challan,
immediately inform the local police station or the relevant authority.
Important Information
Monthly Rent Deposit Rule: Only rent for a single month can be
deposited at a time/in a single challan.
There is no provision/facility to deposit rent for more than one month at a time/in a single challan.
